Today, the ceramics industry is facing increasing challenges in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency. With the growing need to reduce environmental impact, companies are looking for advanced solutions that allow them to comply with environmental regulations while optimizing their production processes. In this context, wastewater treatment systems have become a key part of ensuring cleaner and more sustainable operations.
At Grins Environmental Engineering, we have developed an innovative physical-chemical purification proposal for the efficient management of wastewater in industrial plants. This technology, specifically designed for the ceramic industry, in this case provides automated systems that ensure a continuous and efficient treatment of up to 90 m³/h of water in a highly compact equipment. This water treatment ensures adequate and quality management.
How does our solution work?
The process begins with the reception and homogenization of the wastewater, followed by coagulation and flocculation in a reactor specially designed to reduce the consumption of reagents by making the best use of them. These steps ensure the removal of suspended solids and other impurities, achieving greater water clarity prior to discharge or reuse. The use of technologies such as the electromagnetic flow meter, high performance agitators or dosing proportional to the treatment flow, ensure a precise control of the entire process, allowing to optimize the consumption of chemicals and energy.
Key benefits:
Energy efficiency: equipment such as the lamella settler and sludge thickener ensure a significant reduction in sludge volume, reducing transportation and disposal costs.
Full automation: our water treatment system is controlled by an electrical panel with automatic functions, allowing companies to focus on production while the treatment plant operates with minimal intervention.
Customization: each installation is tailored to the customer’s needs, ensuring a perfect fit to the particularities of each plant.
Looking to the future
Proper wastewater treatment is not only a matter of regulatory compliance, but an opportunity for companies to become more efficient and competitive.<br> Our solution helps companies in the ceramics sector to reduce their environmental footprint and optimize their resources, which translates into higher profitability.
