Pyroxal® HT is the answer to the market need for technical and much larger kilns for the production of tiles with demanding size tolerances. The stiffness of the roller due to the very high modulus of elasticity and the excellent bending strength at high temperatures allow Pyroxal® HT to operate under heavy loads and at high firing temperatures.

The Pyroxal® HT roller was created in ICRA’s laboratories after precise research of raw materials and sophisticated production processes. Therefore, its resulting characteristics allow it to work at high temperatures in particularly difficult conditions.
Pyroxal® HT rolls practically do not buckle at high temperatures thanks to their high elastic modulus value and crystallographic stability. These characteristics enable it to achieve high production yields. The closed porosity and the choice of specifically selected raw materials give Pyroxal® HT excellent resistance to alkaline attack. The well-known thermal shock resistance characteristic, typical of the entire Pyroxal® range of rolls, remains unchanged.
